Half Moon Bay
At the south-eastern end of Antigua, Half Moon Bay is perhaps one of the most beautiful Caribbean’s beaches. Half Moon Bay is an excellent spot for snorkeling thanks to its white sands, coral reef and natural foliage. When the winds are high, surfing can be rough.
Even though the beach is quite difficult to find, a GPS must do the job. In addition, a small restaurant serves snacks right next to the beach.
Nelson’s Dockyard
Nelson’s Dockyard is a cultural heritage site and marina in English Harbour, located in Saint Paul Parish on the island of Antigua, in Antigua and Barbuda. Named after Admiral Horatio Nelson, Nelson’s Dockyard National Park also contains Clarence House and Shirley Heights, and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
It is also home to some of Antigua’s sailing and yachting events such as Antigua Sailing Week and the Antigua Charter Yacht Meeting, and more. The Park has more than 19 km of hiking trails featuring historic ruins, diverse ecosystems, and stunning beaches.

St. John’s is the capital and largest city of Antigua and Barbuda. It is the commercial center of the nation and the chief port of the island of Antigua. The city is a rainbow-like representation of colonial cottages and market stalls piled high with tropical fruits and flowers.
St. John’s Cathedral is one of the city’s most distinctive buildings.
