N’Djamena
N’Djamena is the capital and largest city of Chad. It is also a special statute region, divided into 10 districts. The capital is a blend of modern and historic cultures.
The population of N’Djamena is growing rapidly due to many citizens of the country seeking the opportunities that the city offers. Despite the modern appearance of some buildings, there are many mud-brick structures that will remind you that you are still in one of the world’s poorest countries. The nightlife here is truly amazing. The two main attractions in the daytime are the national museum, which explores the history of Chad, and the central market.
Zakouma National Park
